Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sciences, or related field
• •2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or commercial role in comparable industry
• •Proven ability to lead and take full ownership of projects
• •Structured, reliable, and highly organized working style
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Hands-on team player with proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• •Enthusiasm for international collaboration and willingness to travel
• •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Take ownership of Commercial Excellence projects from concept to implementation
• •Focus on pricing strategy, sales funnel management, CRM implementation, and sales organization design
• •Lead projects in a cross-functional and international setting
• •Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Controlling
• •Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including stakeholder interviews and transactional data
• •Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable implementation
• •Apply effective change management techniques
• •Support divisional management in structuring and managing the ComEx project portfolio
