- Hands-on team player with proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Enthusiasm for international collaboration and willingness to travel
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Take ownership of Commercial Excellence projects from concept to implementation
- Focus on pricing strategy, sales funnel management, CRM implementation, and sales organization design
- Lead projects in a cross-functional and international setting
- Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Controlling
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including stakeholder interviews and transactional data
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable implementation
- Apply effective change management techniques
- Support divisional management in structuring and managing the ComEx project portfolio
