- Security governance certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM or equivalent)
- Experience with audit readiness and compliance tracking
- Background in sensitive information environment (financial supervision, law enforcement, EU institutions)
- Working knowledge of M365 security controls
Aufgaben
- Establish and implement information security policy framework
- Ensure protection of AMLA's information assets
- Support preparation and refinement of security policies
- Draft and maintain information classification and handling framework
- Create practical handling instructions for internal and external use
- Establish governance processes and artefacts
- Define and support secure collaboration requirements
- Coordinate with IT for secure file sharing and encryption
- Develop and support policy awareness materials
- Prepare audit readiness evidence packs
- Support internal assessments and policy compliance tracking
- Contribute to procurement processes
- Define information security requirements for services
