- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Alternative educational paths with strong practical security and governance experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus
- Solid understanding of modern cloud-based and software-driven environments
- Hands-on ISMS, risk management, and security governance frameworks experience
- Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments
- Experience supporting or leading IT/security audits
- Ability to operate independently at management level
- Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Business fluent German and English
- Required German language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Own and develop the IT Governance & Information Security Framework
- Act as the Information Security Officer (ISB)
- Lead Information Security across governance, risk, and operations
- Translate requirements into actionable security measures
- Establish best practices for Information Security
- Lead IT security and governance audits
- Coordinate IT security and governance audits
- Support IT security and governance audit execution
- Manage follow-up for IT security and governance audits
- Ensure alignment with group-level governance
- Manage stakeholders with group-level oversight
