- Lead security and incident processes
- Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Implement mitigation strategies for security threats
- Design and maintain the security stack
- Drive development of the SOC environment
- Manage vulnerability monitoring and threat hunting
- Establish proactive breach detection processes
- Translate security policies into technical controls
- Review control implementation across various teams
- Act as an escalation point for access management
- Support ISO 27001 and other security audits
- Collaborate with IT, Development, and governance teams
