Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years cybersecurity assurance, control assessment, or information security governance experience
- Professional certifications preferred (CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001/42001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISSP)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, governance frameworks, assurance and assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO/IEC 27001, NIS 2, GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong communication and reporting skills, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in complex, multinational environments is a plus
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Plan and perform information security assurance reviews
- Assess control design and effectiveness
- Conduct thematic reviews and targeted evaluations
- Evaluate security controls across IT and OT environments
- Assess security controls based on ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001
- Assess security controls based on NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Assess security controls based on NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Identify and document control gaps and non-conformities
- Document risk exposures with actionable recommendations
- Provide subject-matter support to audit functions
- Collaborate with teams to track remediation of control gaps
- Ensure timely closure of identified control gaps
- Prepare assurance reports and recommendations for stakeholders
- Provide guidance for assurance assessments
- Provide guidance for building control maturity
- Support continuous improvement of the IS assurance program
- Improve IS assurance methodology, tooling, and automation
