In this role, you will focus on maintaining production equipment and troubleshooting issues to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will involve inspections, repairs, and collaboration with external teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Completed at least 3 years of vocational training as an energy systems electrician, industrial electrician, or comparable technical training with an electrical focus
• •Several years of practical professional experience in a similar position (repair and maintenance of production and manufacturing systems)
• •In-depth knowledge in process engineering, procedural engineering, electrical engineering
• •Experience working with welding or assembly robots, focus on Fanuc
• •Preferably experience with stamping presses
• •Knowledge in PLC and control technology Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal is advantageous
• •Experience with current control technology (e.g., Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, SEW)

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure technical availability
• •Identify and resolve production process disruptions, including robot and PLC diagnostics
• •Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks, including filling out and updating reports
• •Create reports following repairs
• •Implement technical improvements and optimizations
• •Ensure compliance with quality requirements
• •Collaborate with external maintenance companies
