- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Good communication skills to build internal/external relationships
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Service, Logistics, and Production
- Implement a lean value stream and design for manufacturing
- Ensure smooth material and information flow in a structured layout
- Develop best fixtures, tools, and work instructions for operators
- Identify and drive projects to improve quality and efficiency
- Reduce costs and increase flexibility and capacity using lean and six sigma principles
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance
- Implement improvements based on data analysis
- Align goals and priorities with Engineering/Design, Planning, Assembly, Logistics, Service, and Quality teams
- Ensure compliance with QMS, DOPs, SOPs, and safety regulations
