Anforderungen
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in engineering, aerospace, or related field
- Specialization in electronics, system engineering or fault management
- Proficiency in reliability tools (FMECA, FTA, reliability block diagrams)
- Proficiency in fault management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with spacecraft FDIR strategy definition
- Hands-on experience with spacecraft validation planning and execution
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to give proactive and mindful feedback
- Highly motivated in fast-paced, autonomous, demanding start-up environment
- National of specified European states or Canada
Aufgaben
- Define and validate fault management strategies
- Implement FDIR logic for in-orbit service vehicles
- Coordinate with hardware and software teams for fault management
- Lead fault tree and FMECA analyses
- Perform reliability and availability predictions
- Allocate reliability targets to subsystems
- Conduct hazard analyses for all mission phases
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Collect and analyze in-orbit data
- Drive improvements in fault management
- Support RAMS analysis tool development
- Improve technical documentation
- Integrate RAMS requirements with engineering teams
- Prepare and present technical data
- Recommend and report to stakeholders
