- Shape and support cooperation with works councils and employee representative bodies
- Negotiate works agreements, group works agreements, and company-wide works agreements
- Support collective bargaining negotiations, conciliation, and arbitration proceedings
- Support and manage complex HR measures and restructuring projects
- Handle employment law proceedings and represent the company in court
- Manage external law firms for employment law matters
- Ensure employment law compliance and develop governance structures
- Develop policies and documentation standards for employment law
- Identify and assess employment law risks
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management measures
- Support international employment law matters
- Contribute to strategic HR and organizational initiatives
