- Execute assigned deliverables from Application plan
- Conduct customer meetings on-site and remotely
- Coordinate project phases with Project Management Office
- Install and train customers on equipment and software
- Train customers on products and technologies
- Integrate basic products/services with customer systems
- Develop and expand knowledge of Products Application
- Provide high-level technical support to customers
- Perform hardware and software repairs on-site
- Conduct preventive maintenance on-site
- Compile and report information with attention to detail
- Review work for quality compliance
- Build awareness of change process and tools
- Recognize impact of change on peers and self
