Anforderungen
- Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML, ANSI X12, VDA)
- Knowledge of communication protocols (X400, AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, HTTPS, Webservices, APIs)
- Experience with E-Invoicing frameworks (Peppol, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, FatturaPA or similar)
- Knowledge of technical methodologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with ERP/B2B integration (e.g., SAP IDoc, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Aufgaben
- Manage and implement customer projects for EDI and E-Invoicing
- Design, configure, test, and onboard trading partners
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Coordinate solutions with internal teams (Product Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Services)
- Configure and validate common EDI mappings and workflows
- Support various EDI formats (EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, SAP IDoc, XML)
- Configure different communication protocols (AS2, OFTP2, FTP/SFTP, HTTPS)
- Support E-Invoicing onboarding with legal and market-specific standards (Peppol, FatturaPA, ZUGFeRD/XRechnung)
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements (ISAE 3402, GDPR)
- Perform end-to-end testing with customers
- Coordinate smooth handover to operations
- Act as a key technical contact for customers during implementation
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization
