- Software Implementation experience, preferably with SaaS companies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to connect with scientists, IT leads, and executives
- Self-starter with ability to succeed in startup environments
- Curiosity, creativity, and tenacity
- Excitement to collaborate with customers and teammates
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience using Benchling or Benchling administration (preferred)
Aufgaben
- Manage initial rollouts for new customers
- Oversee expansion projects for existing clients
- Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live
- Build and execute detailed project plans
- Coordinate team members to ensure on-time deployments
- Analyze scientific workflows to meet business needs
- Lead requirements and design workshops
- Perform data modeling and application configuration
- Develop test plans and guide UAT execution
- Train and onboard new system users
- Advise customers on platform best practices
- Document customer pain points to influence product changes
- Identify account expansion opportunities for sales teams
