Aufgaben
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, scope-compliant delivery of Implementation projects.
- Ensure transparent communication to prevent early escalations.
- Critically review logistics concepts, project progress, and schedules.
- Actively promote continuous improvements.
- Align decisions with the Business Unit on external topics.
- Participate in management and steering meetings.
- Conduct project-related site visits.
- Attend customer appointments.
- Support on-site and in-house test phases.
- Request additional resources from the line organization.
- Provide structured feedback and improvement impulses.
- Track on-time delivery, quality, and escalation prevention KPIs.
