In this role, you will partner with Mid-Market customers to help them unlock the full potential of Agicap's Treasury platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve understanding their goals, guiding them through implementation, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from the product.

Aufgaben

• •Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers during implementation
• •Engage with operational Finance employees and senior leaders like CFOs and CEOs
• •Develop a deep understanding of clients' strategic, financial, and operational goals
• •Become an expert in Agicap's products to guide customers effectively
• •Take ownership of Customer Health and onboarding turnaround time
• •Ensure customers receive maximum value from Agicap through high-touch engagements
• •Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
