Anforderungen
- Minimum clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 10 years experience or 15 years experience
- Minimum 7 years experience in military operations, defense technology, or related fields
- Meet all AFRICOM training requirements
- Expertise in identity and signature management, sensitive activities, and special information operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in exercise development and wargaming
- Familiarity with USAFRICOM operations and Joint Force structure
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance required
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience working with AFRICOM or other Combatant Commands
- Background in sensitive activities, SAP, ACCM, STO, and SIO initiatives
- Knowledge of DoD regulations and formalized processes for sensitive activities
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
Aufgaben
- Develop and review ISM plans and policies
- Process and coordinate ISM annexes and amendments
- Maintain knowledge of ISM plans and DoD policy
- Respond to ISM requests and manage capabilities
- Deactivate ISM services as required
- Prepare and deliver ISM training
- Perform due diligence for ISM plans and capabilities
- Evaluate sustainability of ISM TTPs
- Develop responses to ISM support requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external DoD components
- Support contingencies and exercises
- Perform other duties to support ISM activities
