- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IAM management roles within complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., MS Entra ID, Active Directory), OAuth 2.0, SSO (OpenID Connect, SAML), RBAC, Zero Trust Architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Aufgaben
- Define and implement IAM policies and standards
- Propose and lead improvements in the IAM environment
- Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities
- Manage IAM tools and platforms for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 regulations
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
- Drive IAM-related projects like role-based access control
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business units on IAM initiatives
