Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience designing, operating, and continuously enhancing IAM solutions
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, SAML, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Conditional Access, and SCIM
- Solid experience integrating enterprise applications, configuring APIs and directory services, and implementing Zero Trust
- In-depth understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures and security principles
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with experience delivering technical projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Shape and evolve the Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape
- Design, develop, and optimize IAM platforms
- Support departments with Microsoft Entra ID connectivity
- Define enterprise-wide standards for modern authentication and authorization
- Drive application integration through standardized interfaces
- Advance automation of identity lifecycle and provisioning
- Promote IAM best practices across the organization
- Lead IAM projects from concept to implementation
- Support the retirement of the legacy SAP Identity Management platform
