- Lead identification, evaluation, and prioritization of innovation opportunities
- Transition innovation opportunities into the innovation portfolio pipeline
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, customers, and external partners
- Create a collaborative innovation ecosystem
- Facilitate co-ideation activities
- Transform promising ideas into actionable innovation concepts
- Champion a customer-centric ideation mindset
- Promote best practices, methodologies, tools, and capability building
