Aufgaben
- Administer Azure Active Directory for cloud identity management
- Stage new laptops using Intune configurations
- Provide 1st and 2nd-level technical user support
- Monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Implement data protection using Veeam, Acronis, and Mount10
- Oversee IT equipment asset management and inventory
- Develop the ticketing system to improve efficiency
- Manage Unifi network infrastructure stability
- Administer Windows Server services including DHCP and DNS
- Manage IIS and SQL server operations
- Utilize MS Dynamics for business processes
- Maintain security for mobile devices via Intune
- Provide expertise across O365 applications
- Perform network patch management and security updates
- Manage decommissioning and repairs of IT devices
- Handle IT on/offboarding for employees
- Use Trackwise for operational workflows
- Support IT projects with a hands-on approach
