- Completed engineering degree, preferably in building services, building technology, process engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Sound experience in planning, execution, or commissioning of ventilation systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device sector
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in technical facility management
- Good commercial calculation skills for quotations
- Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
- Experience with SAP R3 or S4HANA
- Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Effective collaboration in multifunctional and international teams
- Strong customer focus
- Positive attitude towards teamwork

Aufgaben
- Lead and support HVAC and cleanroom technology projects
- Manage heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and cleanroom projects
- Control project schedules and costs
- Report on budget and project status
- Support the building services engineering team
- Develop and plan sustainable HVAC and plumbing concepts
- Estimate costs and prepare specifications
- Assist in preparing tender documents
- Coordinate internal departments and external partners
- Perform construction supervision
