Anforderungen

  • •Strong background in statistics
  • •MSc/PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
  • •6-8 years relevant experience in consultancy or pharmaceutical industry
  • •Strong understanding of clinical drug development and HTA-related regulations
  • •Local HTA experience including country HTA submissions
  • •Strong understanding of statistical methodologies for ITCs and PAIC
  • •Proficiency in statistical software such as R and/or SAS
  • •Strong interpersonal and scientific communication skills
  • •Ability to lead in a matrix environment and work collaboratively
  • •Agility, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer-Centric Mindset

Aufgaben

  • •Lead evidence synthesis for HTA submissions
  • •Develop global Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC) plans
  • •Provide strategic support for local HTA submissions
  • •Coordinate data requirements across evidence generation functions
  • •Set up systems to capture key HTA analytic requirements
  • •Track HTA statistics priorities and align with resources
  • •Identify needs for preliminary ITCs to inform value propositions
  • •Share best practices and key learnings across regions
  • •Utilize innovative analytical techniques for pricing strategies
  • •Collaborate with the MA Biostats team for trial analyses
  • •Act as a strategic partner for HEOR & PCO and International Value & Access
  • •Mentor and coach junior members of evidence modeling teams
