Aufgaben
- Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental protection at the plant
- Ensure implementation and compliance with legal requirements, ISO standards, internal standards, and environmental permits
- Establish and implement actions to nurture an open health and safety culture
- Drive execution of actions to improve company safety maturity
- Act as a leading example for safety culture
- Communicate with management, employees, and regulatory agencies on HSE matters
- Enable site-level communication through safety talks, alerts, and observations
- Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment and PPE
- Promote safe work procedures
- Lead near miss and incident investigations
- Ensure effective management of investigation outcomes and lessons learned
- Conduct occupational health and safety audits and inspections
- Identify areas for improvement in the factory
- Participate in 6S activities
- Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees
- Plan, execute, coordinate, and follow up on risk assessments
- Head the emergency response organization
- Maintain the emergency response plan
- Organize emergency response training and exercises
- Analyze and report on plant health and safety performance metrics
- Report safety performance to government bodies
