Aufgaben
- Lead the site leadership team in creating an injury-free work environment
- Protect employees from radiation and other workplace hazards
- Implement the company's defined HSE roadmap across all site functions
- Act as the site's subject matter expert for radiation safety
- Manage radioactive materials from raw materials to waste disposal
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental and emergency management standards
- Coordinate timely applications and renewals for all HSE permits
- Support regulatory inspections and audits to ensure continuous operations
- Serve as the designated site Radiation Safety Officer
- Develop project-specific HSE strategies and select competent team members
- Verify the HSE competency of internal and external resources
- Ensure all external contractors have comprehensive HSE plans
- Design site-specific HSE by Design procedures with leadership
- Align project hazard potential with site and project management
