Aufgaben

• •Develop end-to-end project plans for reorganizations and carve-outs
• •Define project scope, milestones, risks, and resourcing needs
• •Coordinate cross-functional activities and business-critical workstreams across multiple countries
• •Update country HR teams on project expectations and deliverables
• •Track project progress using formal management methodologies
• •Identify and resolve project deviations and hurdles early
• •Perform stakeholder analysis including risks and dependencies
• •Design and execute communication plans for affected employees and managers
• •Monitor labor law compliance and internal policy requirements
• •Collaborate with HR leaders to prepare stakeholder materials
• •Report on headcount impacts and financial implications
• •Act as the primary interface for local HR and supervisors
• •Maintain secure data handling and strict confidentiality
