First-level HR support for biopharmaceutical company, managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. Apprenticeship in administration and applied knowledge of European Labor Law required. Home office possibility up to 2 days/week.
Anforderungen
- Apprenticeship in administration (KV) and further HR Management education
- Applied knowledge of European Labor Law, social insurance and tax system
- Computer and software usage literacy
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Effective team player
- Detail oriented, exact, efficient working
- Ability to set priorities and manage tasks
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Fluency in any other European Language
Aufgaben
- Provide first-level support for HR administrative questions
- Manage employee life-cycle from onboarding to exit
- Issue employment contracts and amendments
- Request and manage work permits
- Provide employment confirmations and certificates
- Issue interim and final reference letters
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- Manage digital archiving of HR documents
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other stakeholders
- Administer time and absence management
- Build and enhance relationships across the organization
- Participate in or lead HR Services projects
- Implement business improvement efficiencies
- Support monthly payroll processes
