HR Process & HRIS Specialist – Automation & AI Enablement(m/w/x)
Designing scalable HR processes and developing the HRIS landscape with a focus on automation and AI. Hands-on HCM system and AI application experience required. Hybrid working model, 2 mobile days per week.
Anforderungen
- Degree in HR, business administration, business informatics, economics, or comparable field
- Solid professional experience in HRIS, People Operations, or HR process management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and digital enablement
- Hands-on experience with HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors), AI-based HR applications (Microsoft Copilot)
- High affinity for automation, data, AI use cases, and digital HR technologies
- Structured, analytical, solution-oriented working style with implementation mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication of complex topics
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
