- Proven HR or finance field experience, rewards experience is a plus
- Outstanding presentation and project management skills
- Independent way of working
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Fluent German, spoken and written
Aufgaben
- Coordinate key rewards projects with GBS, DIT, and local P&C team
- Implement global and local rewards practices
- Support compensation planning for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Propose improvements to local rewards practices
- Act as local subject-matter expert on compensation, incentives, and benefits
- Drive rewards transparency and understanding
- Develop and deliver employee and manager education on rewards
- Support compensation-related matters
- Assist in HC planning and MPC budgeting
- Provide data to finance
- Support rewards team in reporting and compliance
- Answer payroll-related questions for employees
- Coordinate between organization and external payroll provider
- Ensure accurate and timely local reporting
- Support payroll transition and outsourcing process
