Aufgaben

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on local policies and procedures
  • Implement annual Talent Development, Performance Management, and Engagement Survey processes
  • Cooperate with country HR on local cases and process updates
  • Support local HR events and initiatives
  • Manage administrative tasks, including Purchase Order numbers and social event coordination
  • Prepare employment-related documents and coordinate with HR Shared Services
  • Support recruitment for temporary positions
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Support HR projects as needed
