Aufgaben
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on local policies and procedures
- Implement annual Talent Development, Performance Management, and Engagement Survey processes
- Cooperate with country HR on local cases and process updates
- Support local HR events and initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks, including Purchase Order numbers and social event coordination
- Prepare employment-related documents and coordinate with HR Shared Services
- Support recruitment for temporary positions
- Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and practices
- Support HR projects as needed
