In this role, you will handle a variety of HR tasks, including preparing payroll, managing employee documentation, advising managers, and optimizing HR processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring data quality and supporting the entire employee life cycle.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial training or further qualification, e.g., IHK-certified HR specialist
• •Initial professional experience in HR
• •Familiarity with HR systems (ideally P&I LOGA 3 and Workday) and excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• •Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
• •Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
• •Fluency in German and English (both at C1 level)

Aufgaben

• •Prepare payroll accounting for external service provider
• •Audit payroll and follow up on discrepancies
• •Support entry and maintenance of master and variable data in Workday and LOGA
• •Ensure data quality in HR systems
• •Prepare employment contracts and personnel-related documents
• •Manage all administrative aspects of HR work throughout the employee life cycle
• •Advise line managers and employees on HR issues
• •Participate in the development and optimization of HR processes
• •Support the digitalization of HR processes for efficiency
