- Support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage personnel records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation and reporting
- Handle SAP salary postings and benefits administration
- Ensure accurate time management
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries
- Provide guidance to employees and managers
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Support hiring managers
- Ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., Personio, AskDante, SAP)
- Ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting
- Prepare HR reports
- Support audits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Contribute to performance management
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Facilitate internal HR communications
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Enhance the overall HR experience
