- Business management/psychological studies or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience with strategic methods for recruitment, staff retention, and qualification
- Know-how and enjoyment of developing digital topics such as e-learning
- Proactive and systematic approach with hands-on mentality
- German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Manage the entire recruiting process
- Match profiles with job requirements
- Post job openings
- Conduct direct outreach to candidates
- Facilitate interviews with candidates
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Support the entire employee lifecycle in a designated group
- Develop social media campaigns to attract and retain employees
- Stay informed about current trends in recruitment
- Set new trends in employee engagement
- Further develop the Ganter Academy
- Identify and propose relevant training courses
- Update internal e-learning content
- Obtain offers from external training providers
- Coordinate training content with specialist departments
- Revise and implement company-wide HR processes and standards
- Support the implementation of current HR projects
