- Background in HR Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Proven experience in HR role (HR Business Partner, Manager, Advisor)
- Experience in multi-site or matrix organization (plus)
- Strong understanding of German labor law
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to travel regularly (Würzburg and Metzingen)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- High organization and strong attention to detail
- Empathy and natural relationship building skills
- Confidence in advising managers and stakeholders
- Strong communication and hands-on mindset
- Knowledge of HR best practices and German labor law
Aufgaben
- Support hotel leadership on all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Coach and advise managers on people management and team development
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and company HR policies
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Manage HR administration and system compliance (e.g., HiBob)
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Support absenteeism, sick leave follow-up, and employee well-being
- Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers
