- Strong service orientation, commitment, and enjoyment in working with people
- Confident demeanor, pronounced advisory skills, openness to change, effective communication, and teamwork
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English for international collaboration
Aufgaben
- Support employees and executives with personnel-related matters
- Assist in crafting and negotiating employment agreements
- Foster collaboration with relevant departments and employee representatives
- Implement local measures and coordinate HR issues
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of HR processes
- Ensure adherence to HR processes and contribute to selected HR projects
