Anforderungen
- Experience and skills in Computer Hardware and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge and experience in storage solutions, cluster management, job schedulers, high speed networking, Lustre, and Kubernetes
- Technical First Level University degree or years of system administration experience
- Interest in technical knowledge of HPC products and solutions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client relationship management skills
- Fluency in English and preferably Italian
- Experience in Computer Hardware, Linux/Unix operating systems, programming and scripting (e.g. Perl, Python, C++)
- General understanding of networking and security, storage systems, orchestration and automation
- Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Business Growth, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Customer Centric Solutions, Empathy, Growth Mindset, Information Technology Infrastructure
Aufgaben
- Deliver HPC services for supercomputer systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents autonomously
- Collaborate with team members and customers
- Represent HPE in customer communications
- Travel to customer sites across Europe as needed
- Research HPC documentation and complete trainings
