  • •Lead the housekeeping team by example on the floor
  • •Act as deputy during absences and peak periods
  • •Coordinate daily staff schedules and task priorities
  • •Handle guest requests with promptness and discretion
  • •Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment levels
  • •Identify and report maintenance issues or quality gaps
  • •Supervise and onboard new housekeeping staff
  • •Collaborate with operations, chefs, and facility management
  • •Maintain absolute discretion in private, high-end environments
