- Understanding and experience of modern IT architectures (SOA, micro services), trade-offs, best practices
- Familiarity with security standards, frameworks, and controls
- Experience with programming languages (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- French and/or German language skills (asset)

- Drive the technology evolution of the IT landscape
- Help engineering teams adopt innovative technologies
- Advise management and stakeholders on technological matters
- Pave the way for the future IT landscape
- Define and own infrastructure building blocks for products
- Train, motivate, and mentor internal and external personnel in infrastructure operations and maintenance
- Actively analyze technological developments
- Drive innovation within the structure
