Anforderungen

• •Basic training in logistics or equivalent
• •A few years of practical experience in freight forwarding
• •Experience in managing Pharma or Healthcare logistics is a plus
• •Willingness to engage in hands-on operational work
• •Good written and spoken German and English
• •Customer-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
• •Quality-oriented work and confident use of MS Office
• •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Knowledge of EU GDP Directive principles is an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Process and handle pharmaceutical shipments independently.
• •Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines.
• •Prepare transport documents and place orders for transport.
• •Track shipments, enter orders, and prepare invoices.
• •Maintain networks in the pharma sector and coordinate with warehousing.
• •Provide customer support for inquiries and complaints.
• •Control costs and optimize planning in the TMS system.
• •Prepare customs-related documents.
• •Clear import and export shipments using EDEC/NCTS system.
