- Experience in applied continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or 6-Sigma deployment
- Experience in program or project management
- Working experience in Food Safety regulated areas (plus)
- Extensive MS-Office applications knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- IT programming skills or interest in applying technology solutions (plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent command of local language (if not English)
- Additional languages preferred
- Ability to effectively influence others to action
- Leadership and management skills

Aufgaben
- Provide project leadership for business units and regions
- Track deployment status and recommend corrective actions
- Create reports on deployment progress
- Manage project and resource interdependencies
- Recommend issue resolution
- Facilitate program kick-off initiatives
- Offer training, coaching, and guidance
- Organize and coordinate assessments with stakeholders
- Provide coaching, structure, methodology, and analysis
- Conduct and organize gap analysis and on-site audits
- Perform cross-regional gateOPEX audits
- Develop action plans for audit findings
- Document audit results in a global databank
- Identify and promote new best practices
- Integrate best practices into global standards
- Collaborate with General Managers and CI managers
- Develop and execute multi-year operational plans
- Assist in value stream mapping, SMED, kaizen events, poka-yoke, cellular manufacturing
- Train and coach plant leadership on Lean and 6-Sigma methods
- Coordinate training offerings and schedules
- Ensure training resources are provided
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners
- Develop new standards, scorecards, and tools
- Consider LEAN manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Work with project groups to develop gateOPEX content
- Create gateOPEX communications and training materials
- Coordinate pilot trials of new standards
- Ensure regional initiatives align with global strategy
- Develop common tools and reporting templates
- Support data collection and reporting
- Manage gateOPEX global knowledge management systems
- Assist in regular workshops for new strategies
- Manage the Lean Resident Expert role
- Support critical business decision-making
- Support capital project execution
- Standardize equipment
