- Lead and develop DACH UX practice
- Balance craft excellence, delivery quality, and operational health
- Shape a strong and future-ready UX discipline
- Engage with ambitious brands to create user-centered experiences
- Drive measurable growth through user-centric design
- Set standards for user-centric design in key accounts and new business
- Ensure strategic business impact of UX work
- Monitor and maintain department’s delivery excellence
- Collaborate with EMEA UX leadership to develop new capabilities
- Proactively manage department’s operational health
- Ensure client and team satisfaction
- Foster cross-functional and international alignment
- Collaborate with Strategy, Visual Design, Content, and Teach teams
- Champion thought leadership internally and externally
- Showcase pioneering work through speaking engagements
- Contribute to industry to build reputation as growth innovation company
