- Minimum 10 years of senior-level IT leadership experience (CIO, VP of IT, CTO, or equivalent)
- Proven success in building and scaling IT organizations (preferably across multiple countries or remote teams)
- Experience in driving digital transformation, integrating business systems, and steering application architecture
- Experience managing project management and business analysis teams, and structuring project portfolios
- Background in Microsoft-centric technology stacks (Azure, .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform) and overseeing front-end/back-end development
- Experience handling sensitive customer data, ensuring data privacy compliance, and implementing security/data governance frameworks
- Highly desirable familiarity with textile industry and/or sustainability-focused businesses
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into IT roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management (CEOs, board members, cross-functional leaders)
- Leadership with coaching and team development capabilities, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and commitment to continuous improvement in delivery practices
- Ability to evaluate and guide application architecture decisions
- Strong grasp of data analytics, process automation, and cloud architecture
- Passion for sustainability, digital innovation, and positive environmental impact through technology
