- Hands-on experience with 3PL management, carrier negotiations, reverse logistics
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and supply chain planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Supply Chain or Analytics) or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS, Six Sigma)
- Established network and deep knowledge of European supply chain landscape, regulatory/logistics nuances
- Experience applying AI/LLMs to supply chain forecasting, automation, or decision-making
- Exposure to digital supply chain transformation, advanced analytics, intelligent automation
- Track record in fast-scaling, high-growth environments, ideally DTC/omnichannel commerce
Aufgaben
- Lead setup and implementation of UK/EU DCs.
- Oversee operations of UK/EU distribution centers.
- Define regional supply chain strategies.
- Execute regional supply chain strategies.
- Ensure strategies comply with local regulations.
- Align forecasts with global cross-functional teams.
- Align promotions with global cross-functional teams.
- Align fulfillment planning with global cross-functional teams.
- Develop planning models and decision frameworks.
- Minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Improve cash flow through strategic planning.
- Oversee purchasing from global partners.
- Oversee replenishment cycles from global partners.
- Oversee inbound logistics from global partners.
- Build mid- to last-mile logistics across UK/EU.
- Manage mid- to last-mile logistics across UK/EU.
- Leverage in-house and 3PL providers.
- Implement customer-centric returns and reverse logistics.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective returns.
- Align returns process with brand standards.
- Track and analyze returns trends.
- Inform product, sizing, and packaging decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with manufacturing partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners.
- Engage partners across Asia, EU, and key regions.
- Support supplier onboarding.
- Support supplier compliance.
- Support supplier performance management.
- Ensure operational excellence through supplier support.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Balance cost efficiency, ethics, and service levels.
