  • •5–10 years in investment banking, FP&A, corporate finance, or high-growth tech
  • •Exceptional modelling and analytical ability
  • •Strong AI fluency: LLMs, automation tools, analytical platforms, workflow orchestration
  • •Passion for building finance processes
  • •Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data
  • •Comfortable operating in high velocity, high ambiguity environments

Aufgaben

  • •Own planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • •Build an AI-augmented FP&A engine with automated forecasting
  • •Create real-time reporting and autonomous variance analysis
  • •Develop and maintain dynamic, driver-based models with live data
  • •Replace static processes with scalable AI workflows
  • •Advise the CFO and leadership team with data-backed insights
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and People teams for resource allocation
  • •Translate complex financial signals into actionable business insights
  • •Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework
  • •Build automated dashboards for real-time visibility in key metrics
  • •Run monthly performance cycles with minimal manual work
  • •Support board and investor materials with data-driven storytelling
  • •Define the finance tech stack and automation roadmap
  • •Coach junior team members in AI-native practices
  • •Shape the future of the Strategic Finance organization as it scales
