- Strong communication skills for all organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and structured approach
- Fluency in English and German (plus)

- Lead the SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration across multiple entities
- Enable market expansions and product innovations through ERP enhancements
- Build and develop a high-performing SAP Competence Centre team
- Oversee the SAP ecosystem and manage various system interfaces
- Design and automate SAP solutions using S/4HANA capabilities
- Balance transformation initiatives with operational business continuity
