Developing global sales excellence strategy and standardized methodologies for IMA Group's automatic machine manufacturing. 7-10+ years in Sales Excellence or Commercial Strategy required. Performance-based incentives, dynamic international work environment.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy
- Proven track record in leading large-scale sales enablement or transformation projects
- Experience in an international or matrix organization is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), analytics tools, and sales methodologies
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- High level of business acumen and commercial insight
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute Sales Excellence strategy
- Define standardized sales methodologies and KPIs
- Drive adoption of sales tools and continuous improvement
- Establish performance measurement framework
- Own global sales forecasting process
- Identify and address performance gaps
- Design and manage global sales onboarding programs
- Implement competency and certification programs
- Coordinate with HR and Sales Leaders for culture building
- Streamline and standardize end-to-end sales processes
- Introduce best practices for pipeline and account management
- Serve as stakeholder for digital transformation projects
- Align commercial strategies with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Collaborate with IT for efficient sales system support
- Act as strategic business partner to senior sales leaders
