- Assume strategic and operational responsibility for the Robotics & Drones business unit
- Drive innovation and identify new market opportunities
- Develop sustainable business models in a dynamic environment
- Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
- Evaluate new market potential, trends, and business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers, startups, and industry partners
- Commercialize new products and solutions
- Lead interdisciplinary projects from concept to market launch
- Analyze competitors and market/customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) for optimal implementation
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support the sales team
- Lead and expand a global, high-performing team
- Manage budget and report to senior management
