Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Extensive international commercial leadership experience with strong APAC market exposure, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life science industry
- Proven track record managing and developing regional business operations and partner networks in complex international environments
- Strong experience in product launches, commercial strategy execution, and market development within regulated industries
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities leading and developing high-performing international teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills managing senior stakeholders and strategic partnerships
- Strong business acumen, intercultural competence, hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, and solid project management capabilities
Aufgaben
- Lead commercial development and operational management in APAC
- Manage and develop regional partner network across APAC
- Foster strong collaboration and support regional business priorities
- Hold responsibility for regional business performance
- Plan, budget, forecast, and report on regional activities
- Develop and implement regional growth strategies
- Support regional product launches and commercial activities
- Coordinate marketing and training with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with distribution and business partners
- Ensure effective collaboration and business performance
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations
- Support operational processes within the partner network
- Align on forecasting, order tracking, and supply activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
