Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- More than 10 years progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, or related industries
- Proven track record operating successfully in complex international and matrix organizations, collaborating effectively across functions and geographies
- Strong expertise developing and executing short- and long-term procurement strategies supporting business objectives and driving sustainable value creation
- Solid financial acumen with extensive experience in budget planning, cost management, spend analysis, and delivering measurable savings initiatives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and other modern procurement and ERP systems
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Build and lead a high-performing international procurement team
- Develop and implement best practices for purchasing
- Enhance operational efficiency and drive cost reductions
- Oversee daily procurement activities
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships
- Lead complex contract negotiations
- Manage framework agreements to maximize value and mitigate risk
- Optimize sourcing processes, policies, and controls
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and SOX requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders for long-term planning
- Support procurement strategy and demand management
- Ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of critical products and services
- Manage supplier and CRO relationships for clinical development
- Ensure contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance
- Deliver measurable business results and performance improvements
