  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Ability to assess complex markets, risks, interdependencies
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Confident presence and stakeholder management
  • Structured, analytical, results-oriented working style
  • Supplier management and performance evaluation experience
  • Excellent contract management, compliance, sustainability knowledge
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP R/3 MM) and MS Office
  • Experience in international, matrix-organized companies
  • High resilience and strong decision-making skills
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Initiative, responsibility, continuous improvement mindset

Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement regional procurement strategies
  • Manage third-party procurement volume for EMEA projects
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, Project Management, and regional leadership
  • Participate in the sales phase to define make-or-buy and sourcing strategies
  • Conduct market and trend analyses for supply, competitiveness, and price stability
  • Lead supplier negotiations focusing on cost, quality, and risk mitigation
  • Ensure supply continuity and active risk management
  • Contribute to project profitability through optimized cost-performance ratios
  • Achieve savings targets and EBIT contributions for the EMEA region
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships
  • Implement supplier segmentation and performance review processes
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with Global Procurement and Category Management
  • Harmonize and improve procurement processes and tools
  • Create and analyze relevant procurement KPIs for the region
  • Report on procurement KPIs and performance
