Aufgaben
- Lead and develop teams in seed production, trial seeds, production consultancy, quality laboratory, and logistics
- Steer production activities and performance using industrial indicators, financial results, production cost ratio, and personal goals
- Drive professional and personal development of direct reports and team members
- Manage budget and mid-term planning for investments, personnel, cost centers, and production costs
- Take accountability for multiplication and production planning, including negotiations and coordination with external partners
- Act as a key interface to KWS sales organization, international production networks, and crop leads
- Shape the future of the production department by evolving structures, equipment, and crop portfolios
- Ensure compliance with official regulations and advance KWS internal standards and guidelines
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Represent KWS and actively contribute to seed associations and industry networks
