- Optimize supply chain processes and KPIs
- Oversee strategic development of SAP systems (ECC, IBP, APO, Ariba)
- Manage SAP system integration within S/4HANA transformation
- Lead and develop the production planning team
- Set clear strategic priorities for the team
- Foster accountability within the team
- Drive performance excellence in the team
- Enable change management within the team
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service
- Collaborate with Logistics
- Partner with Material Planning
- Work with Artwork teams
- Engage with global supply chain partners
- Ensure seamless end-to-end execution
